This is a gentle yoga class tailored to the over 50s, designed to bring awareness into the body and give individuals a chance to properly relax, through guided breathing techniques and meditation. These sessions will focus on flexibility for the whole body, in particular the spine. We will also be working on building up core strength to protect the back and increasing bone density by using simple weight bearing exercises. Please bring your own blanket and mat.
