CHANGING ROOM GUIDELINES

Where possible, students should try to arrive already wearing their uniform or dance wear.

When using the Hastings Centre:

  • Changing clothes should only take place in the hired room of the class/event you are attending, or in the toilets. Coffee Box and the corridors are not to be used, under any circumstances, for changing.
  • The Hastings Centre is open to the general public. Please make sure children are supervised when visiting the toilet.
  • We reserve the right to ask that children/young people are supervised by parents/guardians in all areas of the Hastings Centre and garden.
  • Children must be accompanied by parents/guardians whilst changing, and supervised when not in their activity/class.
  • Mobile telephones or other photographic or filming devices must not be used for taking images or filming, under any circumstances. This includes Facetime or other video calling applications.
  • All Hastings Centre staff are DBS checked.
  • Any concerns or incidents must be reported without delay to the staff organising the event and to safeguarding@kings1066.org
